PlantPal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App provides plant care tracking and reminders as a convenience tool. It is not a substitute for professional horticultural advice.
We do not guarantee:
In no event shall PlantPal, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, plant health outcomes, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
You may stop using PlantPal at any time by deleting the App from your device. In-app purchases remain tied to your Apple ID and can be restored if you reinstall the App.
These terms are in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence for matters related to App Store distribution.
